Delivery Policy

Confirm these delivery commitments against the actual gift platform and any other products before launch.

1. Digital delivery

Libratix may provide digital products and online services. Digital items are generally made available electronically through a website, account, email or shareable link, as specified at checkout.

2. Delivery timeframe

3. No physical shipping

For digital-only purchases, no physical item is shipped and physical shipping charges do not apply. Any physical products offered in the future will have their own shipping information.

4. Delivery problems

If you do not receive or cannot access your digital purchase, contact support@libratix.com with your order reference so we can investigate.
